- by train: Luneburg railway station is only a 10-minute walk away.
- by bus: bus stop "Am Sande".
- by car: The "theatre" car park and the "city centre" multi-storey car park are nearby (both subject to a fee).
Disabled access
The East Prussian state museum is located in the old town of Luneburg. A barrier-free access to the foyer is located in Ritterstraße. The café, toilets and exhibition rooms are on the ground level or can be reached by lift.
