The Culture Affairs Department, which is affiliated to the East Prussian state museum, deals thematically with East Prussia and the historical Baltic States.
Its task is to inform people about the manifold aspects of the culture and history of the Germans in these regions and to make them known to a broad public.
Our cultural offer includes lectures, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, readings, book presentations, film screenings and concerts.
The Culture Affairs Department also organises school projects, teacher training and study trips, often in cooperation with schools and other educational institutions in Germany, Poland, Russia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. It is our great concern to get people to talk with one another.
You can find current offers of the cultural adviser under EVENTS on the museum website.
